It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within seven to ten (7 to 10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Reservation Policy
All parking reservations only permit one entry and exit per transaction. Reservations do not guarantee the availability of a parking spot in the location you selected.
Arrivals before or exits after a booked reservation time will be subject to charges for the time parked outside of the reservation. This is calculated automatically and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.
If you intend on entering with an SUV or oversized vehicle you must contact the booked location in advance to confirm the vehicle will clear the height limits of the booked facility. Large SUV’s are defined such as Chevy Suburban (224.4″ length, 74.4″ height, 80.5″ width) or of similar type. Multi-passenger vans, cargo vans, flatbed trucks, and other large vehicles generally associated with commercial use or of similar type will not be accepted. Customers are advised to contact the garage prior to parking to confirm their vehicle will be accepted. If the garage has car-lifts, the SUV/Minivan additional fee may be still charged for smaller vehicles regardless of actual dimensions.
As our global policy, we respectfully reserve the right not to accept luxury/exotic vehicles at the parking staff’s discretion.
